BOOKING DEPOSIT

  • A deposit of $1000 is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance due has to be paid before charter departure credit/debit cards are NOT ACCEPTED.

Please note that gratuity is not included. Our staff members would kindly appreciate a minimum of $150.00 for the staff members (less than a 4% service fee)

REFUNDS

  • Eligible for a full refund on cancellations up to 14+ days before departure.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A refundable damage deposit of $500.00 will be collected at boarding time and returned at the time of dis-embarkment if no damages were caused during the charter to the vessel.

DO’S & DON’TS

  • The capacity limit is non-negotiable; please do not bring extra guests

  • No shoes are allowed on the Yacht. We kindly ask guests to please leave their shoes on the cover located on the platform before entering the vessel. Capitan will indicate at boarding time

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances

  • Aggressive and/or disrespectful behaviour towards staff WILL NOT be tolerated, and the Capitan is in his right to return to land without providing a refund.

  • Smoking is permitted only on the swim platform when anchored (Capitan will indicate proper times and place)

  • No trouble down the toilets (please DO NOT flush toilet paper, pads, tampons, …etc )

ONBOARD EMERGENCY

  • Our vessel is equipped with life jackets emergency and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.

  • Any underage (minor) make sure to bring a proper life jacket according to their weight and height and are accompanied at all times by an adult.

SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All special events are welcome, from birthdays, corporate events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or any celebration for that matter. (Don’t forget the decorations!) Even if you are just in the planning stages, it’s a great idea to book ahead to ensure you're guaranteed your chosen time.

(Weekends especially!) 

  • You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, beverages, Ice and alcohol for your group to enjoy! 

  • DJ setups are welcomed, or we can include them for an additional $100/hr. (Or enjoy the yacht's excellent sound system via Bluetooth)

  • Smoking is permitted only on the swim platform when anchored (Capitan will indicate the designated area & time)
